2013 Registration Information

Registration for the 2013 HF Conference taking place at Stevens Institute of Technology is now open.

Please note, the registration page for the 2013 HF Conference is only accessible after logging in. To log in please use either a gmail account (e.g.  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) with the associated password or use an account you set up last year with the site. Either will work. 

The registration covers the following:

- Registration package 

- Coffee, tea, cost of conference rooms

- Dinner on Thursday Oct 24 (wine and beverages will be included)

The registration fee structure is as follows (PayPal and/or all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment):

If you use the day registration option please specify the date you are registering for.

Group discounts for Industry registrations are available. At least 5 industry registartions will need to be included at a 10% discount. It is not needed that all 5 be from the same company. Monetary Support

The conference sponsor, National Science Foundation and conference organizers will provide partial to full support to the following participants: graduate students, young researchers and speakers for the conference.  Monetary support will cover lodging arrangements for the duration of the (students/researchers will be housed in Stevens housing - keynote speakers will be placed in local-area hotels). Partial travel reimbursement will also available in some cases. 

To be considered for support please follow the steps below (as student, researcher or presenter):

Please be aware that the rooms are reserved for the period of the conference only.
